My mom told me that Ann sang in the early 1940's on the NY radio show "Coast to Coast on a Bus" with my mom's friend Bob Hastings (of TV fame, who just passed away this year). When Bob moved to Hollywood in the early 1950's, Ann was very kind and helpful to him.
