I saw Marty, at the G.O.O., on 5th Ave. in Nashville, Tennessee, in 1967. Marty was dressed in a lime green cropped jacket and matching pants. Of course he sang his heart out that night and had that big beautiful smile on his face. I was 17 yrs. old and it is one of those times, that stick out in your mind, which you never forget. So now I'm 64 yrs. old, having my own "Marty Party", listening to his cd's, watching his movies, watching dvd's about him and of course watching him on youtube. May is still "The Man".
