R, Dulaneyt Barrett about Orbison, Roy

I grew up with Roy Orbison and sang with him in the Wink Texas High school chorus. He was a good Friend and the greatest of that era singers and perhaps, in history will be accorded first in the top ten..
Often at noon lunch break he would ;pick and sing for my mother mother, Oleta Geeslin Barrett--his earliest and biggest fan!
Is there a US postage stamp honoring Roy? if not, how can we get it printed and sold by the USPO? Robert Dulaney Barrett. sr
