Whiskey about Lee, Gypsy Rose

I never met Gypsy Rose Lee. She passed away before I was born. I learned of her from my mother. As my mother idolized her, so did I. I was in my twenty's when she told me about Miss Lee. I grew to know that no matter what I did, I should have no shame. I am not immoral as long as I stick to my morals, I am not trash, I am a good person. Mom was trying to get me to see I was (and she was) to hard on me. I needed to let go and just be me.
Miss Lee's story is one of heartache and loss but filled with promise, hope and dreams. She never did what the other dancer's did and in that she kept true to herself. She was a brilliant seamstress, singer, and dancer. Yes, I believe she should go on the Walk of Fame.
