Sgt Dave about Novarro, Ramon

I thought Navarro was one of the
most handsome leading men of
the silent screen. His sensitive
performance in "Ben-Hur" lifted
that film out of the ordinary. No
one will ever forget the wildly
dramatic chariot scene, pitting
Ben-Hur against the evil Messala.
I hope Mr. Navarro's legend goes on, as long as classic films exist.
